The only change of any significance is that you no longer need to add the ".dv" extension to your game films. In fact, you can't - or shouldn't. You still need to make sure your game films are located in a CVA folder, you just don't need to add ".dv" to the name of the game. Coach's Video Assistant works seamlessly with High Definition clips created in iMovie or Final Cut Pro. Call for more information. This version fixes issues created with Apple's newest version of Quicktime and also changes the location of Coach's Video Assitant install. Once the game film is digitized use the Game Film Utilities that are built into the Macintosh version and "Flatten" the game film onto a portable or external drive. (Takes about thirty minutes.) This version of Coach's Video Assistant will be installed in the Program Files inside of the C: drive on your computer. It will also place an icon on your Start Menu.   Coach's Video Assistant Window's Portable Version (Version 8.9) Macintosh Download This version of Coach's Video Assistant will be installed on a portable USB2 or Firewire drive. Download this version to your Macintosh, attach your portable drive and double click the application icon. You will be prompted to pick the correct portable drive. The PC software will be installed on your portable drive.
